* The Generation 2 type of wheel bearing, which are largely fitted to Ford, Land Rover, Mazda, VW and Volvos demand dedicated tools when the need to install new generation 2 wheel bearings is required. If Generation 2 wheel bearings are pressed into place as a conventional bearing, the force applied causes stress to the bearing and rapid deterioration. To help avoid potential high failure rates we’ve developed a specialist Generation 2 installation kit.
* The Gen 2 kit is designed to correctly distribute the pressing forces through the outer bearing alleviating the potential for bearing failure whilst also allowing for the suspension leg to remain in-situ when fitting the new bearings. Included in the kit is a selection of specialist tools enabling a wide range of GEN2 bearings to be replaced.
* This Generation 2 Master Bearing Kit makes light work of removing or installing Gen 2 bearing, proving indispensable for vehicle workshops.

Master Generation 2 Wheel Bearing Kit is sized to fit most standard wheel bearings.
The tapered sides of the disc tools install races and the flat sides installs the seals.
